Brayden is the associate who helped me, easily a 5 star service. I am a mobile mechanic who runs his own business, and I HIGHLY recommend this shop. When I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my customers vehicle, I spoke with them about the potential cause, they CLEARLY knew what the problem was. So I towed it to their shop, and it turned out I just made a small mistake. They didn’t charge me a dime, and were extremely kind through the whole process. PLEASE do yourself a favor and use this shop!

I called them to inquire about a pre-purchase inspection on a used Audi I was considering purchasing from out of state. The carfax report indicated damage, so I was hopeful they'd be able to help identify the nature and severity, and the overall objective condition of the car. They were quick and responsive, and when it came to the report and verdict, they were incredibly thorough and transparent. It gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase, and I appreciate all of their diligence and detail.

The Team at Wasatch Motor Werks are amazing. They are knowledgeable and informative about this area where they truly are the experts. They don't try to upsell on unnecessary parts and labor. This is THE place to take your BMW for anything from regular maintenance, minor repairs, or major overhauls.

WMW does good work but I am pretty disappointed with how my vehicle was treated during service. My black BMW had a 12+ hour paint correction and ceramic coating this past summer. I hand wash it every time and absolutely never go through automatic washes. Lots of effort to keep the paint scratch free, swirl free and shiny. When I picked the vehicle up and washed it, I found numerous light and also pretty deep scratches over the areas the tech spent time-- the passenger fender and a ledge on the front bumper. Most shops will cover the work area with multiple layers of cling wrap or other common preventative measures to keep from damaging the cars they work on. I don't think this was done here, or if it was it was not done adequately. The tech was probably kneeling on the ledge of the bumper for better access which I am fine with (you gotta do what you gotta do) but definitely not when it leaves deep scratches, some of which won't come out with cutting and polishing alone and are going to need wet sanding to try and get them out. Then the panels will need to be ceramic coated again. Pretty disappointed to drop a car off for work and pick it up after paying the bill in worse condition than it was left. I have confidence in their ability to diagnose and repair whatever issues, simple and complicated. Their communication was clear and I picked the car up with the paid services effectively rendered. I am however left with a sour taste in my mouth from picking up an unprotected and damaged vehicle from its time being serviced. Many won't care or even notice things like this. For those that are particular about their paint, make sure you let them know to protect the work areas sufficiently before starting the labor.

I have brought multiple vehicles here to be serviced and had a great experience. Professional shop with an owner that stands by the work his shop puts out. Very refreshing in today's world of turn and burn.

I noticed some vibrations when I was at the stop light. Took my car to Wasatch Motor Werks, and it turns out it was nothing to do with the car. There was a rock between oil pan and the plastic cover, which I have no idea how it got in there. They are honest! Whenever I come here for maintenance or repair, they do a great job too. Highly recommend!

The guys at WMW are very professional. I love that they take photos of everything and take the time to explain exactly what work needs to be done and exactly how much it will cost.
