I was an emergency repair. The repair was completed 48 hrs later. The vehicle was returned cleaner and ran smoother than ever before. The price is not reasonable, but competitive with similar auto repair centers. I am willing to pay for QUALITY service. Wasatch Motor Werks does high QUALITY work.

Not only did the BMW dealership quote me hundreds more for the brake pads they claimed I needed right away, Wasatch Motor Werks let me know that I don't need them yet & charged me nothing for my visit. Definitely my go-to mechanics from now on.

Willing to work with me to keep repair costs to a minimum. However, after consideration, it just wasn't worth the cost to repair so did not proceed. When my new X5 goes off the BMW Maintenance Program I'll be coming back.

What a life saver these guys were. Broken power steering pump on a extended trip. towed in and saved by the crew. In at 8 am and out by noon. Quality work, great communication and caring folk.
