wasatch motor works is the only shop I will take my 2003 325xi. exceptional service and extremely knowledgeable technicians. they’ve saved me thousands of dollars compared to what the dealer would have charged me. highly recommend this shop.

Thanks Jackson!

$200 to read a code and say we can’t help you. What a joke😂

Nope!!!!!!!! Wait here's what really happened. Customer makes appointment for diag check engine light. Car shows up with every warning light in the cluster on. Not to mention this car was a obviously rebuilt title . The trunk would not shut. Even with the drivers door closed you can see light thru the door seals. The abs wiring harness has been completely ripped out of the car and is still missing and the suspension on the car is still so bent that you could visually see that the alignment was off. You left here with a diagnosis of all the warning lights and explanation of what needs to be repaired as far as the suspension and harness goes. Your bill was 177.00 including tax. And yes I refused to repair the bare minimum just so you could sale this car to someone else.

Meh 🫤 overpriced other shops will charge you 20% less than here

This car was brought to us after one of the "other shops" had worked on it. Along with extra seals and parts that they forgot to replace. Sorry we couldn't accommodate your budget!

I drive an older BMW 328d that is just out of warranty. I plan on driving for as long as possible so want to keep in good working order. Looked around for a great BMW mechanic and found Jeremy at Wasatch Motor Works; which he and wife Nina own. He is a certified Level 1 BMW mechanic so he was able to find and fix a weird problem with the diesel emission system. It was something he had never seen happen before but had no problem taking care of it. It would had been at least $1500 more at dealership (a guess, mind you) I also appreciated the thorough check of the entire car as it was my first visit. He found a few other items that needed fixing like a bad battery and corroded cables. If you are a BMW owner look no further-Wasatch Motor Works is the shop for you.

Thank you for the awesome review. It was a pleasure meeting you.

READ ME! If you drive a BMW or Mini -you need to come here. Period. The owner, Jeremy has 24 years experience working with BMW -that is all he knows. Don’t you want someone that knows your car’s maker inside and out? The prices are less than the Mini/BMW dealership; but still a tidy sum. Owning a BMW/Mini ain’t cheap! Now, down to my experience. The husband wanted to take our Mini to a generic mechanic (2006 Mini has never been serviced anywhere but the dealership, it has 44k on it) -and I had an uneasy feeling. I did not want some random mechanic shop working on a Mini if they only see/work on 2-3 Minis a year. I wanted someone that knows Mini/BMW and nothing else. The shop is very clean and tidy. Nina, front desk, etc. is very patient, kind, and efficient. Jeremy was upfront about the cost of brakes, rotors, brake fluid flush, oil change, etc. for my 2006 Mini Cooper S with JCW package would not be cheap, which I expected. When I gave my key to Nina, I had a good feeling that I left my Mini in experienced and honest hands. I have found my Mini mechanic shop! HALLELUJAH!
