SALT LAKE CITY BMW, MINI AND AUDI REPAIR

We had our 2006 BMW X5 towed to Wasatch Motor Werks (our first time using them) and they let us know when the vehicle arrived from the tow company, provided me an email with all of the details of the work that needed to be done, and were accommodating enough to have us keep our vehicle there for a few extra days as we had some $$ to move around to get them paid. We still have some work to do on the vehicle but they got us up and running for now and towards the end of the month we'll bring it back to complete the other repairs. We'll be using WMW for our BMW service for sure!

I had a great first experience with Caleb at Wasatch Motor Werks. I brought him a quote from another shop to repair an oil leak and he was able to beat their quote by %30. He gave me some good advice about upcoming maintenance and was really pleasant to deal with.

SKIP THE DEALER, with Utah have such limited offering for servicing your BMW. This shop is a win for several reasons. Customer service, turn around and of course pricing. Glad we found this place and will continue to use them. Just be aware the front gate is locked after hours, so may be difficult to do a night drop.

Service consistently first rate (over ~5 years) which includes good advice, ease of appointments, work well done, and a fare price.

Recently I had my John Works Cooper Mini worked on by Wasatch Werks. Jermy was very knowledgeable an gave me a estimate about what my vehicle needed an how much it would cost in total .. The pricing was fair, an lower than going to a dealer, the work was done in just a few days time an the pricing better here, than any where else ...
