SALT LAKE CITY BMW, MINI AND AUDI REPAIR

Jeremy is a very considerate and open mechanic. I had a diagnostic run for some wheel and alignment problems. He showed me where the problems were and gave me a variety of options for repair including how to take care of it if I wanted to do the repairs myself. Something extra that he shared which I appreciated was information on how BMW would treat the type of damage/repair at one of their shops. If some parts were potentially damaged they would have been replaced even if the damage wasn't visible. So I should keep an eye out for potential problems there in the future.

Love this place already..... Half the price of the BMW dealership and do great work. So fast and friendly I am really impressed. Thanks guys!

I own a BMW because of the quality. Jeremy is at the same level. If you own a BMW you know its expensive, but that's no reason to pay extra for the dealers overhead. I like to do things myself but when things are over my head or just not enough time, this is where my cars come.

Jeremy and Nina were both very helpful when I came in for a pre purchase inspection. The car ended up having problems that I couldn’t spot, and I’d say I’m pretty mechanically savvy. I had to pay for the inspection for a car I’m not buying but it saved me from buying a car with a lot of unknown problems. Thank you!!

Jeremy and his team provide honest, detail-oriented, no fuss maintenance and repair. The shop is clean and organized, and they seem to know what they're doing. I recommend anyone seriously consider choosing them for you BMW maintenance.

Full disclosure; I worked with Jeremy quite a while ago when he was at a BMW dealership. It has been over a decade since we've seen each other. Needless to say I was excited and greatly relieved to see he is running his own independent shop. BMW's are amazing cars but it takes a level of commitment to keep them up and this can be costly. There's a difference between price and value. at WMW you will get the absolute best value. I decided to buy a 2008 E60 after Jeremy did an extensive PPI. Since then I have been back to get it in tip top shape. Nina and Jeremy compliment each other very well and are a super-star team.

These guys are outstanding. They were both extremely friendly and helpful. They showed me what was going on in my engine and explained what needed to be done. Jeremy was the guy in my corner when my warranty company was (is) being difficult to work with and spoke, at length, with them trying to get them to cover what is needed. I will definitely be taking my car back here from now on. Update - Google doesn't let me write an additional review so I'm updating this one: These guys continue to go above and beyond when I bring my car into them. They are extremely easy to work with and transparent about whatever issues they find and what they recommend for my car. If you have a BMW, do yourself a favor and take it here for service.

Brought in my 135i because my radiator fan wouldn’t come on. They fixed it in a day were very nice to deal with. I usually do all my own car maintenance but could not figure out this electrical problem. I don’t like taking cars to the shop but these guys were awesome. Overall great experience!

I absolutely love the costumer service and top notch work done. I left my car with them before leaving on vacation, they updated me with every step of the process and explain my options very clearly. Nina is a badass and Wasatch Motor Werks now has a customer for life. I highly recommend!
