Jeremy and his team provide honest, detail-oriented, no fuss maintenance and repair. The shop is clean and organized, and they seem to know what they're doing. I recommend anyone seriously consider choosing them for you BMW maintenance.

Full disclosure; I worked with Jeremy quite a while ago when he was at a BMW dealership. It has been over a decade since we've seen each other. Needless to say I was excited and greatly relieved to see he is running his own independent shop. BMW's are amazing cars but it takes a level of commitment to keep them up and this can be costly. There's a difference between price and value. at WMW you will get the absolute best value. I decided to buy a 2008 E60 after Jeremy did an extensive PPI. Since then I have been back to get it in tip top shape. Nina and Jeremy compliment each other very well and are a super-star team.

These guys are outstanding. They were both extremely friendly and helpful. They showed me what was going on in my engine and explained what needed to be done. Jeremy was the guy in my corner when my warranty company was (is) being difficult to work with and spoke, at length, with them trying to get them to cover what is needed. I will definitely be taking my car back here from now on. Update - Google doesn't let me write an additional review so I'm updating this one: These guys continue to go above and beyond when I bring my car into them. They are extremely easy to work with and transparent about whatever issues they find and what they recommend for my car. If you have a BMW, do yourself a favor and take it here for service.

Brought in my 135i because my radiator fan wouldn’t come on. They fixed it in a day were very nice to deal with. I usually do all my own car maintenance but could not figure out this electrical problem. I don’t like taking cars to the shop but these guys were awesome. Overall great experience!

I absolutely love the costumer service and top notch work done. I left my car with them before leaving on vacation, they updated me with every step of the process and explain my options very clearly. Nina is a badass and Wasatch Motor Werks now has a customer for life. I highly recommend!

I decided to take my 2011 M3 into Wasatch Motor Werks because of the time and effort the owner took to respond to each negative online review (of which there are only a handful). Jeremy isn't a keyboard warrior. These reviews are well earned. His honesty and straightforward manner was immediately evident upon meeting him at the front desk. The shop was clean and well organized and he got my car in the very next morning. Service was superb and so was the work. Glad to have found this place!

My 1988 BMW M6 would not start to save my life. I took it to Bimmer Motor Werks and they couldn't figure it out. They referred me to Car Concepts and they had it for two months and couldn't figure it out. I called Wofford's and they wouldn't touch the car. They referred me to Utah Imports who said they would call me back and never did. I thought I'd never get the damn car running. I read a bunch of reviews and found Jeremy at Wasatch Motor Werks and he got the car running in three hours. Wasn't at his shop a week before I was able to drive the car home. Jeremy and his wife are very professional, honest, and knowledgable. It only took him three hours to do what multiple shops and multiple specialists couldn't do all summer. The price was fair, the service was fast, and the car runs great. They have my loyalty and utmost respect. I won't take my BMWs anywhere else.

I moved to the area one year ago and I wanted to find someone I could trust to service my 2013 X5 without breaking the bank. I was so happy to find Wasatch Motor Werks. They are easy to book, friendly at drop-off, my car is thoroughly inspected, and they don't charge for things my car doesn't need. Why go anywhere else?

Jeremy is great! He really knows what he is doing and I trust that he is not overselling me or overpricing his services. I go to him for everything my BMW needs-- he's fantastic!
