Jeremy was awesome. He gave me advice over the phone and was willing to help me out in an unusual circumstance with my fuel injectors. He was honest and fair. He also had my car sent to the body shop and had a dent fixed for me while I was out of town and couldn't do it myself. I am so grateful I found Wasach Motor Werks. I will never go to BMW of Murray ever again. Thank you so much Jeremy!

Service and overall experience was top notch. I brought in my new (to me) car with issues related to a bad repair job from the previous owner related to an oil leak and a belt that went bad. Turns out there was belt debris in the oil pan that was never cleaned out from the previous repair at a different shop. Jeremy was able to get the debris cleaned out and the job done 1-2 days ahead of schedule. He's very knowledgeable and highly recommended.

I found this place by google of course and decided to go here because of the reviews so I figured I'd write one too. It truly was an easy experience. I felt that my car was in great hands with Jeremy. He didn't try to up-sell me but told me what I needed and what I could go without for a little longer. Plus he diagnosed my car and fixed it in the same day! I'll be a returning customer!

My vehicle was repaired very quickly and the extra mile was taken for me at each step. I even arrived to my BMW washed as well as fixed. Jeremy over at Wasatch Motor Werks (WMW) was amazing. I really came to him with a concern and after a pretty quick diagnosis of the car, he was able to pin down the issues and offer great advice on what to do next. Very pleased that he did not try to sell me with a BS story and that I needed to do $$$$$$ amount of work right then or my car would explode. He spent a good amount of time explaining the issues (not making me feel dumb for even coming in) and I left feeling a lot better. Good dude, good company. Will be a life long customer for sure.

I had a bit of a last minute request and needed to get in as soon as possible and Jeremy was so cooperative and got me in quickly. Clean facility and Jeremy knows what he's doing. On our phone call to set up the appointment, Jeremy walked me through what he would be doing and offered to show me how to review the car's information to understand what service was due. I really appreciated Jeremy's service, level of interest in me and ability to get my work done quickly. I'll be back with all my cars!
