SALT LAKE CITY BMW, MINI AND AUDI REPAIR

I had a bit of a last minute request and needed to get in as soon as possible and Jeremy was so cooperative and got me in quickly. Clean facility and Jeremy knows what he's doing. On our phone call to set up the appointment, Jeremy walked me through what he would be doing and offered to show me how to review the car's information to understand what service was due. I really appreciated Jeremy's service, level of interest in me and ability to get my work done quickly. I'll be back with all my cars!

Avoid these people, BMW is a very sensitive, expensive vehicle. I came here to get coding done for my new upgraded headlights. I was OVER charged for the "work" that was done. Went back the next day... never fixed it instead, Jeremy told me i had bad headlights or to buy other parts I needed cuz they weren't "working".. 1 week later I go to the BMW dealership instead. They told me it needed coding as well & was done in 30min with LOWER charge. ive been working on my car for many years now. The only reason I go to professionals is because I don't have the expensive equipment.

These guys are great and we would highly recommend them to work on your Mini or BMW. They have never called and said it was more than the originally quoted. In fact a couple times it was less. Now that is honest and we appreciate it.

Jeremy the owner is by far one of the most qualified BMW tech in the valley, credentials to back it up, and with his wife a team that far exceeds any customer service expectations . Found him thru a friend on Facebook , took my car for an oil change. And will be taking it back for an oil gasket replacment as well as the timing belt . Defiantly found my BMW repair shop and strongly recommend these guys..
