Jeremy Robinson has his own Place now and I couldn't be Happier! I always waited for him to be available as a Master Tech down at the BMW store. My friends wouldn't let anyone else touch their BMWs. His Shop is easy to get to right north of Cruise America on State Street and No One knows the Werks like Jeremy. Friendly attention and it is Awesome the the person that Writes Up Your Service is the Guy that does the Service! No Disconnect when You try to Describe what You are After!

Excellent service! This is my first BMW and Jeremy went ahead to show me all the in and outs of the car. Don't let the M series and the Ferrari intimidate you into thinking this place is overpriced, they have better prices than other nearby shops. With the knowledge and service I gained, I don't know if I could go anywhere else!

Great service and quality work. These guys did a great job on my BMW, without looking for problems that don't need fixing like many auto shops do. They kept in contact frequently with updates on my car, providing advice and support without the worry of paying for something that my car didnt need. They are very reasonable in their pricing and provide very personal customer service. For you military service members, they gave me a great military discount, which is always deeply appreciated by those of us who serve. Thanks Wasatch Motor Werks for all the help! Had a weird problem with my horn. Jeremy figured out quickly and fixed it for a fair price. Nina was awesome as well! So grateful that I've found a mechanic for my BMW and that I don't have to pay dealership pricing anymore!!

Of course you will always want to take your car to a BMW dealership and think they will do it there perfectly since it is a BMW shop and leave you with piece of mind, but... if you want that with a matching reasonable price then you should go here, this guy worked at a dealership and just not a regular mechanic over there, he knows what he is doing and service your car as if you are in a dealership, he has the right software and everything. I drove 70 miles just to have my car serviced by him and will go back again..

Just had my car repaired by WMW. I went to them for a second opinion on some pretty significant repairs and they beat the competition by 25%. In addition to the great price, the service was very impressive. They helped me understand the source of the problems and gave me a thorough explanation of what needed to happen. There was excellent communication during the entire process. When I came to pick up the car, it was much cleaner then when I took it in. No doubt, they take pride in what they do. Two thumbs up!

If you have not found a mechanic for your vehicle, look no further! Jeremy is one of the most honest and most trust worthy guys you will meet! He is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly and instead of just telling me things that needed to be fixed on my car, he actually showed me. You won't find service like this anywhere else! To top it all off, you get greeted by the most kindest women ever, Nina, who runs the office :) Thank you both for making my visit so wonderful!

Excellent BMW service! Jeremy had taken in my car on short notice and got what needed to be done in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner. Nina in the front office was a pleasure to speak with in getting my car done as well. The pricing was extremely fair, especially regarding the quality of work. Jeremy had shown me some additional issues with my 5 series that other places hadn't noticed. I appreciated this because other places just say "hey you need this done, here is an invoice, bye," but Wasatch Motor Werks had taken the time to be concise and detailed in a simple manner. My input there regarding what I wanted with my car didn't fall onto deaf ears at all. Overall, it was a great experience especially in contrast to other nearby BMW specialists. They met and exceeded any expectations I had.

I rarely ever write reviews, but I was so impressed I wanted to be sure to let others know. I just picked up my wife's X3, and the experience was outstanding. Jeremy and Nina were both friendly and professional, and the service was exceptional. It's obvious they care about their customers as much as the cars. If you're looking for a good family-run independent shop to build a long-term relationship with, look no further!
