knowledgeable, professional but still friendly, prices are reasonable for bmw services ,love their official online report with included photos, didn’t pressure for unnecessary services, answered all questions & passionate about BMW don’t love how I called toward end of the day & my car had been ready for some time- told him it would have been great if you communicated soon as my car was ready , bc you don’t know what hassles I’m doing without my car & it’s just parked at the shop lol… I appreciate communication (: overall a great car shop experience, thank you!

I am a first time BMW owner, and was apprehensive about where to take my older, but in great shape, vehicle for my first service experience. I found Wasatch Motor Werks by doing some research online, and the in-person experience I had backed up the good reviews. It was easy to set up an appointment and when I dropped off and picked up my car, everything was explained to me clearly and in easy to understand detail. The prices are fair for the work being done, which is what I want. I will be taking my car back to Wasatch Motor Werks.
